Agency Enrollment
Who may enroll
Enrollment is open to verified governmental and public-safety entities, including:
911 centers and communications districts (PSAPs)
Primary and secondary answering points, consolidated centers, and 911 districts.
Law enforcement
Police departments, sheriff's offices, state and federal law-enforcement agencies.
Fire and EMS
Fire departments, fire districts, EMS agencies, and private EMS operating under a governmental contract.
Government and emergency management
Emergency management agencies, municipal and county governments, and other governmental entities.
What to expect
Create your administrator account
Sign up with your official agency email address. Every application is identity-verified by PSIA verification staff before your agency appears in the Registry.
Enroll your organization
Provide your agency's legal name, jurisdiction, credentials (such as an FCC PSAP ID or state license), and supporting evidence.
Register numbers and identity
Submit each telephone number with evidence of control, plus your display name and official seal or logo for approval.
Build call profiles and go live
Bind a verified number to your approved identity and an approved call reason. Once activated, your calls display as Verified Public Safety™.
There is no charge to apply. Enrollment is reviewed and approved by the Public Safety Identity Authority. Sensitive credentials are never published publicly.
